The shirt itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. But the shipping? That was a whole dramatic adventure I did not sign up for. The delivery date kept shifting, the tracking went silent for days like it had vanished into the void, and then it finally showed up late. Support did respond, which I appreciated, but I needed it for an event, so by the time it arrived, the moment had already passed

The measuring part was fine overall, but also kind of annoying at times. I do like that they ask for detailed info since it probably makes the final result better, but wow, it takes longer than I thought and having another person around would’ve made it way easier. The refund took longer than I hoped too. They did reply to me, like i said, but everything just felt slow and a little frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

I’ve ordered a few times now, and the sizes just always seem to fit right. No guessing or returns, which is nice.
